LADIES!! SHELIA BANKS TO SPEAK
CHRISTIAN WOMEN’S JOB CORPS is alive and active in our town! Find out how lives are being transformed right in our own community. Shelia Banks, Executive Director of Guntersville CWJC will relate the exciting story of this unique ministry with the women of FBC. Our church is a vital part of this outreach—one on one making a difference in a young woman’s life. We’ll gather on Thursday, February 9th at 9:45 A.M. for coffee and cookies, with the program to begin at 10. A potluck lunch and fellowship time will follow the program.
  
 CANNED FOOD DRIVE!
We need your canned foods for the Winter months.  Bring a can of food to church with you! A shopping cart will be set up near the library to collect your donations.
 
                           
   
Auction Coming February 1
Gather your tired, your weary, your unused gifts yearning to be free, and bring them to our auction for the Dayspring Counseling Center. If you have items you would like to donate, bring them to the church in the next few days. Watch your bulletin for more information to come or contact the church office.
 
MBA 125th Anniversary Cookbook
Have you started gathering recipes for submission to our MBA Cookbook? Please get busy in getting these recipes ready for submission! Remember to attach your name and the church’s name to each recipe. It would be a great help to those organizing this if you tell them in what category the recipe should be listed. All recipes must be submitted by April 30th, 2012 to Marshall Baptist Association Office. If you need the address give the office a call!

If you would like a poster to hang at your business, office, or on your fridge at home, let Kelleybrooke know  
         (kbrown@gvillefbc.org). There are different sizes for you to hang. Share the love of God with those around you. Make the commands of God clear. A few posters are available on the table near the library.  You may pick one up if you like.
